Under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), we would like to inform you how the personal data you send through our website is processed.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data processed
When you complete the contact form, only the information you enter is processed:
- Full name
- E-mail address
- Phone number (optional, may be left blank)
- Message text and the language of the page it was sent from
3. Purposes of processing
- To assess your enquiry, question or request for a quote
- To respond to you and communicate with you
- To provide information about our products and services
- Where applicable, to carry out the process of establishing a commercial relationship
4. Legal basis
Your data is processed without seeking explicit consent, on the basis of Article 5/2-c (directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (legitimate interest) of the KVKK.
Because you contact us at your own initiative and the sole purpose is to respond to your request, this processing does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.
5. Method of collection
Your data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, by means that are not fully automated, and only when you press the "Send" button.
6. Transfers
Our website does not run any server-side application. For this reason your form messages are converted into e-mail through a third-party service called Web3Forms and delivered to our e-mail address. Your message passes through that service before reaching us.
The service is based outside Türkiye. This may constitute a transfer abroad within the meaning of Article 9 of the KVKK. If you prefer not to use the form, you may contact us directly by e-mail or telephone, in which case no such transfer takes place.
Apart from this, your data is not shared with any institution, organisation or third party; it is not used for marketing purposes and is not sold.
7. Retention period
Your messages are held in our e-mail account. They are not separately recorded on the website or in any database.
Your data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised once the purpose of processing no longer applies, or when the periods laid down in the relevant legislation expire.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is being processed
- Request information if it has been processed
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Türkiye or abroad
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or inaccurately
- Request its deletion or destruction
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred
- Object to a result against you arising from automated analysis
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing
9. How to apply
You may submit requests concerning your rights by sending an e-mail to info@kafkasmasura.com or by written application to the address above.
Your application will be concluded free of charge within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. If the process incurs an additional cost, the fee set out in the tariff determined by the Board may be charged.
